Bring your store’s materials together
The planned workflow starts with product information and shipping, exchange, and return policies supplied by the seller.
PRE-LAUNCHCUSTOMER CARE FOR SMALL STORES
Your product details. Your store policies.
A considered reply, ready for your review.
Currently at the product-design stage. Screens below use illustrative sample content.
CUSTOMER QUESTION
“I ordered yesterday. When will it ship?”
01Grounded in your store’s materials
02Clear about missing information
03The final decision stays with you
BUILT AROUND YOUR STORE
Product details, shipping rules, return instructions. When those live in different places, even a short question can take several checks. ReplyNaru is a proposed customer-support tool built around that work.
The planned workflow starts with product information and shipping, exchange, and return policies supplied by the seller.
See a proposed reply with the policy text behind it. Questions the materials cannot answer are flagged for review.
You check the actual order and any exceptions, adjust the wording, and send the reply yourself.
A CLOSER LOOK
Choose a scenario to explore the intended workflow. These are prewritten samples. No AI response is generated and no customer data is transmitted.
01 / THE QUESTION
02 / A DRAFT WITH CONTEXT
DRAFTDESIGNED FOR A SECOND LOOK
The product is designed around materials supplied by each seller, so drafts can reflect their own products and operating policies.
The goal is to show the supporting text alongside each draft. You should be able to check the original before using the answer.
Order status and exceptional cases need a person’s attention. Sellers remain responsible for refunds, compensation, and sending each reply.
PLANNED WITH CLAUDE
We plan to use the Claude API to turn seller-provided materials and a customer question into a response draft, supporting excerpts, and items requiring further review.
The API integration has not been implemented. The first prototype will evaluate source-grounded responses and how the workflow handles questions with insufficient information.
WHERE WE ARE
ReplyNaru is a pre-incorporation product concept. The next step is to understand recurring questions in small stores before expanding the feature set.
Defining the target customer, a manual reply workflow, and how supporting sources should appear.
Plan to build Claude-powered drafts from store materials and questions entered by a seller.
Seek volunteer sellers to evaluate usefulness, required edits, and information missing from drafts.
FAQ
The service is not yet available, and user recruitment has not started. This website presents the product concept and sample workflow. For product questions or feedback, email hello@replynaru.com.
The first product is planned around sellers reviewing drafts and sending replies themselves. Store integrations, order lookups, and automatic sending have not been implemented.
This website only displays prewritten examples and has no form for customer messages or personal details. It saves your language preference in your browser. Data handling and retention for the future service will be explained before launch.
A monthly subscription for sellers is being considered. Pricing and plan limits have not been set. These will be informed by prototype testing and seller feedback.
There is currently no official partnership or startup-program acceptance. This page describes planned use of the Claude API. The product and business are being prepared independently.
